We loved it a lot. I am new to Canada and I was very happy to meet my fellow IITians in a new country. I am glad I came. Thanks for organizing it.

I really enjoyed the picnic and making new friends. Masala Chai and a lot of great food. I want to congratulate the team on the success. Since you have asked, the only one thing I can say that we can have a sign up sheet for food , so that we can have different dishes, I would also suggest that we can play some Indian games, like Kabaddi or kho kho ( Koda Jamar Khai)

    Hi Khaliq:

The IITAC Picnic at Rowntree Mills Park was superb and deserving of all the Superlatives you used to describe it.

I've been attending the Picnics, off and on for over 30 years, right from the time Joginder Singh, our first IITAC President, started having them. I wanted to put this message on your Blog, but was dissuaded when I realized that my Password, which I use as well for my Yahoo Email Account, could be compromised. I have had to cancel a previous Yahoo Account when someone hijacked it.

Unlike the Seton Park site, the fact that this site didn't have a shelter, did cause me some concern, but luckily there was no rain.

Do post some Photos taken at the Picnic, as you usually do.

Your consistent work, dedication and effort on behalf of IITAC is commendable and highly appreciated by the membership!

Best Wishes to yourself and the other Board Directors.

    Sincerely,

    Derek (IITAC Director 1989-97 & Secretary 1993-95)
